What is Khan Academy?

Khan Academy is a non - profit organization that supplies students from Pre- K to college and into their career with activities to help them strive in a certain subject/ topic or job.

These resources are used in multiple classrooms around the word, as it provides students with activities that help to enrich their learning. There are different subjects listed on the website that provides students with practice to allow them to become better in each current subject.

Khan Academy provides resources to students of all socio - economic statuses because it is free for all students to use. This ensures that all students have the resources no matter what their background or home life is.

Why Should I Help Support Khan Academy?

Ensuring that students get all the practice they can is the key to this educational website. This will not only help students become more efficient in all subjects, but will also help teachers better teach students, and supply them with all the different methods of learning. Kids often learn by differentiated learning and hands on activities. A hands on activity is proven to have students show a better interest in the subject. Children that are learning now are part of the future generations and the non - profit helps to shape children to create a better future.
